Currently, the company has six fully automatic adhesive
label production lines imported from Japan, which
is PTS ( PTS program transmitting system ) controlled
for the whole process from paper feeding, printing,
varnish coating UV drying, hot stamping, filming,
die cutting, waste discharge, split cutting to re-rolling,
etc. The capacity is 1.2 million printing cycle
per shift of 8 hours.

● The function of carrying out corona dispose
once, UV printing, UV coating, six-color printing,

● Max-printing speed 100 m/ per minute, suitable
for the production of less variety and large batch.
● Suitable for high qualified products ,its characteristics
is colorful features and exquisite design
Introducing automatic dual-color silk printer imported
from Taiwan:
● The color of high saturation and protection,
strong design’s stereo sensation
●
Working with Letterpress printer may realize the
combination of letterpress printing and silk printing
Introducing the Intermittent
rotary printer made in Japan:
● Suitable for printing high qualified products,
colorful features and exquisite design
● The function of realizing UV six-color printing,
hot stamping, UV coating, filming and die cutting.
Etc.
● Flexible trans-production, suitable for the
production of much variety and less batch.
The “Heidelberg” five-color offset press can add
color to your product packages. The purified paper
printing workshop, the purification level of which
reaches 300,000 grade, can fully satisfy the IT
and pharmaceutical industrial requirements for the
production of label and dust-free paper, etc.
